Talent Pool - It’s like Fiverr for emerging talents.
Find talents for projects, evaluate future hiring with reduced risks, and contribute to your employer branding by filling the talent pool - talent after talent.
Why do I need juniors for my projects?
The future of work is changing. Worrying figures on talent shortage, ‘the great resignation’, and fast-paced working environments are challenging talent retention efforts. On the other side, junior talents don’t get enough opportunities to show their worth.
After 4 years of experimental training and employment efforts, I learned that digital project-based learning on real challenges achieves fast and effective training and onboarding. giving a sense of purpose to all involved and with the technology involved - shorter training time.
Do you face high training costs? Do you want to give a chance to raise your own talents but don’t want to waste expensive senior time? Do you feel anxious about your company milestones? Are you worried about talent retention rates? Do you have project-based tasks to give away?
Then let’s get started!
